It a new thing for better customization, but can it be possible to apply different themes to the entire website and not just to the contact forms. It can be very useful to make the system look similar to the organizations present color combination and code.

Is it possible to show relative availability on a per day basis by using, say three colors to denote: "Available" = Green = more than 5% available seats, "Some Availability" = Yellow = 1 - 5% available seats, "No Availability" = Red= 0% available seats (colors are only example...should be configurable).

this is very handy for hotel room reservation, while to restaurant, it will not affect its function. In case of changing room /table number, uncheck the assigning box , only 1 day is being modified.

A client of mine asked me if it was possible to "log" reservation cancellations. The reason he wants this functionality is so that when he runs an export it will list the customers who made a reservation but then decided to cancel. He would like to see if it happens frequently or if there is someone who makes many reservations and cancellations.
